Dual Approval Workflow

Shipment Tracking

Every Action Needs Two Signatures
No enrollment, credit, or redemption executes without sign-off from the sales agent who owns the relationship and a business owner. Approval requests are delivered to both via WhatsApp instantly.
Request Submitted
A rewards admin submits a partner enrollment, manual credit, or a partner places a redemption from their portal. The request is logged and both the assigned sales agent and all business owners are notified via WhatsApp with a direct link.
Dual Review
The sales agent verifies the referral relationship is genuine. The business owner confirms the commercial value. Both can approve independently — the action only triggers when both have signed off. Either party can reject with a reason at any time.
Action Executed & Partner Notified
Once both approvals are recorded, the platform automatically executes the action — enrolls the partner, credits points to the ledger, or creates the redemption order — and sends the partner a WhatsApp confirmation.

Wired Directly Into Your Ready1Go CRM
Channel Loyalty is not a standalone tool bolted on — it is built as a module within Ready1Go. Enabling it takes one toggle in system admin.
Automatic Deal-Won Webhook
When any deal is moved to the "Won" stage in the Ready1Go CRM deal pipeline, the platform automatically fires a webhook to the rewards platform — no manual steps required. Points are proposed based on the deal value.
Channel Attribution Panel
A "Channel Partner" card appears on every deal detail page. Link or unlink a referring partner, search partners live, and see the attribution at a glance alongside the deal pipeline — no tab switching.
Role-Based Module Gating
Channel Loyalty appears in the sidebar only for roles that have the channel_loyalty permission. Super Admin, Business Owner, and Sales Manager have it by default. Toggle per role from the CRM Roles & Permissions panel.
Tenant-Level Activation
System administrators can activate or override Channel Loyalty per tenant from the Ready1Go System Admin Tenant → Integrations tab. Toggling it on also sets the module flag, enabling access in both the CRM and the rewards platform simultaneously.
Nightly Cron Jobs
Two scheduled jobs run automatically: Tier Upgrade (2 AM daily) checks every partner's balance against tier thresholds and upgrades them with a WA notification; Points Expiry (3 AM daily) expires points older than the configured window.
One Platform, Many Tenants
The rewards platform reads tenant data directly from the master Ready1Go database — no duplicate tables. Each tenant's partners live in the tenant's own CRM database. The rewards platform auto-discovers and serves all channel_loyalty-enabled tenants from one deployment.
