Ready1Go Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 — Effective: 3 May 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines activities that are prohibited on the Ready1Go Platform. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund and may expose you to legal liability.

1. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Platform to:

1.1 Illegal Activity: Conduct any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations in any jurisdiction, including laws relating to privacy, consumer protection, anti-spam, anti-money laundering, or export control.

1.2 Harmful Content: Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, Trojan horses, ransomware, spyware, adware, or any other harmful or disruptive code.

1.3 Spam and Unsolicited Communications: Send unsolicited commercial electronic messages (“spam”), conduct mass cold-outreach campaigns without recipient consent, or violate the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, GDPR, or equivalent regulations.

1.4 Harassment and Abuse: Harass, threaten, defame, stalk, intimidate, or harm any individual or entity.

1.5 Intellectual Property Infringement: Upload, store, or transmit content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property right.

1.6 Security Attacks: Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, network, or account; conduct port scanning, vulnerability probing, password cracking, or denial-of-service attacks; or intercept network traffic not intended for you.

1.7 Fraudulent Activity: Engage in phishing, spoofing, impersonation, or any deceptive practices; misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

1.8 Sensitive Data Without Consent: Process special categories of personal data (health, biometric, financial account numbers, government IDs) without the explicit and documented consent of the data subjects and without informing Ready1Go.

1.9 Platform Abuse: Scrape or harvest data without authorisation; reverse proxy or republish Platform content; generate excessive automated load; conduct penetration testing without prior written permission from Ready1Go.

1.10 Competitive Intelligence: Use the Platform to benchmark, analyse, or develop a competing product or service.

2. Content Standards

All content uploaded to or transmitted through the Platform must: (a) be accurate and not misleading; (b) comply with all applicable laws; (c) not violate any third-party rights; (d) not be obscene, defamatory, threatening, or racially discriminatory.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must: use strong, unique passwords; enable multi-factor authentication where available; not share credentials with unauthorised persons; and notify Ready1Go immediately of any suspected breach.

4. Compliance with Laws

You must comply with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions in which you operate, including but not limited to data protection laws (GDPR, PDPB, CCPA), anti-spam legislation, financial regulations, and export control laws.

5. Enforcement

Ready1Go reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. On confirmed violation Ready1Go may: issue a warning; suspend or terminate your account; remove offending content; report activity to law enforcement; and/or seek injunctive relief and damages. Termination for AUP violations is without refund.

6. Reporting Violations

To report AUP violations, contact admin@ready1go.com.

7. Amendments

Ready1Go may update this AUP at any time with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
