This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all subscription payments made to Ready1Go Technologies. By subscribing you agree to these terms.
1.1 ALL FEES PAID TO READY1GO ARE NON-REFUNDABLE EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS POLICY OR REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
1.2 This includes, but is not limited to: partial-month subscription fees; annual plan prepayments; add-on module fees; integration fees; setup charges; and any other payments made in connection with the Services.
1.3 The fact that you did not use the Services, were dissatisfied with features, or changed your business requirements does not entitle you to a refund.
2.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time by giving at least 7 days’ written notice before the next renewal date to admin@ready1go.com.
2.2 Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access for the remainder of the paid period.
2.3 Cancellation does not entitle you to a pro-rata refund for unused days or months.
2.4 Annual plan cancellations: no refund is provided for the remaining months of the annual term.
3.1 Statutory Rights. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation. Where law requires a refund, we will honour that requirement.
3.2 Ready1Go Termination. If Ready1Go terminates your subscription without cause (i.e., not due to your breach), we will refund a pro-rata portion of prepaid fees for the unused portion of the current billing period.
3.3 Billing Errors. If you were charged incorrectly, contact admin@ready1go.com within 15 days of the charge. Verified billing errors will be corrected or refunded at Ready1Go’s discretion.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider other than through the dispute process described herein, Ready1Go may immediately suspend your account, charge a chargeback handling fee of INR 2,500, and report the disputed amount to credit monitoring services. Fraudulent chargebacks may be prosecuted.
Downgrading your plan takes effect at the next billing cycle. No refund or credit is issued for the difference between your current and new plan for the remainder of the billing cycle.
Where a free trial is offered, it is provided without charge. No refund applies at the end of a free trial. Converting a trial to a paid plan is subject to the full terms of this policy.

This policy is governed by Indian law. Disputes are resolved by arbitration in Chandigarh as set out in the EULA.
