Your Own SIM-Based
SMS & Call Gateway
Route campaigns through real SIM hardware with per-scenario flow templates — configure a different script, tone, and template for each campaign. AI-assisted outbound calls, automatic fallback-to-SMS, and live call monitoring, all provisioned from your CRM in one click.
Your CRM Talks Directly to Real SIM Hardware
ph.ready1go.com is a dedicated SMS and call gateway that connects physical SIM modem pools to your Ready1Go CRM workspace. All campaign SMS, follow-up messages, and outbound calls route through your own hardware — keeping costs low, deliverability high, and the entire message path inside your control.
SIM Modem Pool
Physical SIM cards connected to the gateway server handle outbound SMS and call routing. No shared carrier pools, no API pricing per message — your SIMs, your cost structure.
One-Click Provisioning
From Settings → Integrations → Auto-Provision, Ready1Go creates a service key, fetches all available SIM modules, and assigns them to your account automatically — no gateway admin login required.
Unified CRM Routing
Campaign SMS, sequence steps, outreach messages, and manual follow-ups all resolve through the same gateway priority chain — ph.ready1go.com first, then Twilio, then mobile app fallback.
Live Monitor
Watch active calls in real time — which SIM module is handling each call, current signal strength, call duration, and status. Built for ops teams running outbound dialler campaigns.
Lead Activity Sync
Every call outcome and SMS delivery logs to the lead timeline. Call notes, durations, and dispositions feed into lead scoring and Conversation Intelligence automatically.
Isolated Tenant Keys
Each CRM workspace gets its own service API key scoped to its assigned SIM modules. One gateway, multiple tenants, completely isolated access.
From Zero to Active Gateway in Four Steps
No manual gateway configuration. No logging into a separate admin portal. The entire setup runs from your Ready1Go Settings page.
Five Pages. Full Gateway Control.
Once provisioned, five dedicated pages give your team everything needed to operate, monitor, and route through the gateway.
SIM Lines
View all connected SIM modules — signal strength, status, assigned number, and health. Shows a setup guide when the gateway isn't yet provisioned.
SMS
Send and receive SMS through the gateway. All campaign, sequence, and manual messages route here when the r1g_phone integration is active.
Calls
Log, initiate, and review gateway calls. Outcomes and durations flow into lead activity timelines and update lead scoring via Conversation Intelligence.
Live Monitor
Watch active calls in near-real time. See which SIM module is handling each call, live signal and status — essential for dialler campaign monitoring.
Gateway Settings
Configure retry behaviour, SIM rotation, delivery windows, and routing rules. Settings are written directly to ph.r1g.com via the service API key.
Gateway API — Your Own Key, Your Own Modules
Every tenant workspace gets a scoped service API key provisioned against ph.ready1go.com. The key is created by the CRM, modules are fetched and assigned automatically, and the key is stored encrypted in your integrations settings.
- Service key is unique per tenant — no shared credential risk
- Module assignment covers all available SIM cards automatically
- Re-provisioning rotates the key and re-assigns modules
- CRM campaign router checks gateway health before sending
- Fallback to Twilio or mobile app if gateway is unreachable
Per-Scenario Flow Templates — Different Scripts for Every Campaign
When you add SMS or Call as a channel in a campaign, a configuration panel appears to set the exact template, scenario label, and behaviour for that campaign's outreach — independently per channel.
Configurable per Campaign and Scenario
Each campaign's SMS channel has its own template selector and scenario label. The template controls the message body — with full variable substitution and lead personalisation. The scenario field lets you label the use case (e.g. "Trade Show Follow-up", "Post-Demo Nudge") for reporting and logic branching.
- Template override per campaign — pick any SMS template from library
- Scenario label for reporting, flows, and conditional routing
- Variables (first name, company, custom fields) resolved at send time
- Routes via ph.ready1go.com when r1g_phone integration is active
- Falls back to Twilio if gateway is unreachable
AI-Assisted Outbound Calls with Fallback to SMS
The Call channel in a campaign uses a separate call template with a rendered script. Toggle AI Assist to let the gateway use the script as a dynamic conversation guide rather than a static TTS message. Enable Fallback to SMS to automatically re-route through the SMS flow if the call attempt fails or is unanswered.
- Call template: separate from SMS — with its own script body and scenario
- AI Assist toggle — script becomes a live conversation guide, not just TTS
- Fallback to SMS — automatic on call failure, uses the SMS template
- Scenario label for A/B testing different call scripts per campaign
- Call outcome (answered, unanswered, failed) logged to lead timeline
- Lead score updated from call outcome via Conversation Intelligence
Two Modes for Every Call Template
Call templates are created in the Templates module with a dedicated Call tab. Each template stores the script body and flags for AI Assist and Fallback to SMS — ready to be pulled into any campaign's call flow config.
The script is delivered as a text-to-speech message. The call plays the rendered template body word-for-word. Best for high-volume broadcast calls with a fixed message.
The script becomes a live conversation guide. The gateway uses the script as context for an AI-driven conversation — adapting tone and responses to what the recipient says rather than reading a fixed message.
Stop Paying Per Message.
