Ready1Go Cookie Policy

Version 1.0 — Effective: 3 May 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Ready1Go Technologies, Chandigarh, India (“Ready1Go,” “we,” “us”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit ready1go.com and its subdomains (collectively the “Website”). It should be read together with our Data Privacy & Processing Agreement.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences over time. Similar technologies include web beacons, pixel tags, local storage objects, and fingerprinting scripts; this Policy covers all of them collectively.

2. Cookies We Use

2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies. Required for the Website and Platform to function. They include session authentication, CSRF tokens, load-balancer affinity, and security cookies. These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality. No consent is required under applicable law.

2.2 Functional / Preference Cookies. Remember your choices such as language, display preferences, and whether you have dismissed banners. Disabling them may reduce personalisation.

2.3 Analytics & Performance Cookies. Help us understand how visitors interact with the Website (pages visited, time on page, errors). Data is aggregated and pseudonymous. We may use tools such as Google Analytics or equivalent. You may opt out via your browser settings or the opt-out mechanisms below.

2.4 Marketing & Targeting Cookies. Used to deliver advertisements relevant to your interests and to measure campaign effectiveness. These are set only with your consent. We may work with third-party ad networks that set their own cookies. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Third parties including analytics providers, social media platforms, and advertising networks may set cookies on your device when you access the Website. Ready1Go does not control those cookies and is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites. Please review the respective privacy policies of those providers.

4. Cookie Lifespan

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain until their expiry date or until you delete them; durations typically range from 30 days (marketing) to 24 months (analytics). Exact durations vary by provider and may change without notice.

5. Your Choices and Controls

5.1 Browser Settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies via their settings menus. Note that disabling cookies may affect functionality. Browser guides: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge — consult your browser’s help section.

5.2 Opt-Out Tools. For analytics opt-out, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or equivalent. For interest-based advertising, visit the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page or Your Online Choices (for EU residents).

5.3 Do Not Track. Some browsers support “Do Not Track” signals. We honour such signals for non-essential cookies to the extent technically feasible, but no industry standard currently requires universal compliance.

5.4 Consent Withdrawal. Where cookies require your consent, you may withdraw consent at any time by updating your cookie preferences or clearing cookies in your browser. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

6. Data Collected via Cookies

Cookie-derived data may include: IP address (truncated for analytics); device type, OS, and browser version; pages visited, time and duration; referring URL; click paths and interactions. This data is processed as described in our Data Privacy & Processing Agreement. We do not use cookies to collect sensitive personal data such as financial information, health data, or government IDs.

7. Legal Basis

Strictly necessary cookies are deployed on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating a functional website. Functional, analytics, and marketing cookies are deployed on the basis of your consent (where required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or other applicable law) or our legitimate interests (where consent is not required). Consent is obtained through our cookie notice on first visit.

8. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Cookie-derived data may be transferred to and processed by service providers in countries outside India. Such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards as described in our Data Privacy & Processing Agreement.

9. Children

The Website is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly use cookies to collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has consented to cookies on our site, contact admin@ready1go.com and we will delete the data promptly.
