Every Channel Tells You Who's Ready
to Buy
One beacon token powers website tracking, SMS link clicks, WhatsApp engagement, email opens, and QR code scans — feeding five intelligence layers that turn every interaction into qualified, scored, CRM-ready leads, with hot-page alerts, automatic task creation, and account-level rollups all running silently in the background.
One Beacon Token.
Every Channel. Intelligence Inside Your CRM.
Each beacon has a single token that works across every channel — drop the JS snippet on your website, paste the click URL into SMS or WhatsApp messages, embed the pixel in emails, or generate a QR code for print. Every interaction — page visit, link click, email open, QR scan — flows into the same intelligence pipeline inside your CRM, stitched to the right lead automatically.
Website Beacon (JS)
Drop one script tag on any page. Captures visits, CTA clicks, session depth, UTM params, and visitor keys — all without cookies.
SMS & WhatsApp Links
Use the beacon's click URL in SMS campaigns or WhatsApp messages. Tap-throughs are tracked and stitched to the lead whose ID is in the link.
Email Open Pixel
Embed the 1×1 pixel in HTML emails. Opens are recorded as email_open events — auto-injected by the campaign dispatcher when the beacon is linked.
QR Code / Print
Generate a QR code directly from the beacon. Scans record cta_click events with utm_source=qr. Use on trade-show banners, packaging, or printed proposals.
Hot-Page Alerts
Get notified the moment a known lead crosses a visit threshold on a high-intent page — pricing, demo, checkout — within a 48-hour window.
Cross-Channel Stitching
Whether a lead taps an SMS link, scans a QR code, or visits the website, their entire history is stitched to one CRM record — retroactively, across all channels.
Account Rollups (ABM)
See total visits, CTA clicks, email opens, and QR scans grouped by company. Know which accounts are heating up before your reps pick up the phone.
Five Layers, One Seamless Signal Chain
Each layer feeds the next. Intent scoring makes hot-page alerts smarter. Stitching makes scoring retroactive. Task rules act on scores. Account rollups show the whole picture.
Know the Exact Moment a Lead Is Ready
Mark any URL pattern as a "hot page" in Traffic → Page Rules. Set a threshold (e.g. 2 visits) and a 48-hour window. The moment a known lead crosses that threshold, Ready1Go fires an in-app notification to the assigned rep and logs a hot_page_alert activity on the lead timeline.
- Configurable per-page threshold (visits in 48h window)
- In-app notification fires immediately to lead owner
- Activity logged with timestamp, page path, and visit count
- Cooldown prevents repeat alerts from the same session
- Works for pricing, demo, checkout, plans, upgrade pages
Don't Lose a Single Visit Before the Form
Most analytics platforms throw away anonymous browse history the moment a visitor submits a form. Ready1Go does the opposite — the moment a visitor becomes a lead (via form, import, or manual entry), every anonymous session with a matching visitor cookie or email is retroactively attributed to that lead record.
- Backfills all historical anonymous events on lead creation
- Matches by visitor cookie key and email address
- Real-time stitching during beacon event recording
- Intent scores recalculated from the full backfilled history
- Previously anonymous company lookups attached to lead
Stop Monitoring Dashboards. Let Rules Work for You.
Define task rules in Traffic → Task Rules. Each rule watches for a trigger type (repeat visit, CTA click, deep session, hot page), fires when a threshold is crossed, and creates a CRM task with your configured title, priority, and assignee. A cooldown period prevents duplicate tasks.
- Four trigger types: repeat_visit, cta_click, deep_session, hot_page
- Custom task title with {lead} and {page} placeholders
- Priority: low / medium / high / urgent
- Assign to: beacon owner, lead owner, or unassigned
- Cooldown hours prevent duplicate task spam
Pages Tell You Intent. Let the CRM Score It.
Assign an intent weight (1–10) to any URL pattern in Traffic → Page Rules. Every time a known lead visits a matching page, that weight is added to their lead score automatically. High-intent pages like /pricing or /checkout carry heavier weights. The system also applies built-in heuristics for common SaaS patterns.
- Custom URL patterns with % wildcard support
- Intent weights 1–10 per page pattern
- Built-in heuristics for pricing/demo/checkout/upgrade URLs
- Weights applied at beacon event recording time
- Retroactively applied when anonymous visitor is stitched
- Score changes visible on lead timeline and scoring panel
| Pattern | Weight | Hot |
|---|---|---|
| /pricing% | 9 | 🔥 |
| /demo% | 8 | 🔥 |
| /checkout% | 10 | 🔥 |
| /features% | 5 | — |
| /blog% | 2 | — |

One Beacon Token. Five Channels. All Layers Active.
Create a beacon in Traffic → Beacons. You get one token that powers every channel. The CRM generates ready-to-use snippets for each — copy and paste, no code required beyond the website JS tag.
The Same Lead, Tracked Across Every Touchpoint
Most analytics platforms only know what happens on your website. Ready1Go's beacon stitches signals from every channel into a single lead journey — website visits, email opens, SMS taps, WhatsApp clicks, and QR scans all flow into the same intelligence pipeline.
Know When a Lead Taps Your SMS or WhatsApp Message
When you include a beacon click URL in an SMS campaign or WhatsApp message, every tap is recorded as a cta_click event against the lead whose ID was in the link. If the lead is unknown at click time (cold outreach), the visitor key is stored and stitched when the lead identifies themselves later — either through a form fill or a subsequent known-lead interaction.
- Click URL carries
lead_idandutm_sourceparameters - Tap recorded as
cta_clickevent immediately - Redirects to your conversion URL with zero delay
- WhatsApp link-preview fires are distinguished from human taps
- Works in any channel: plain text, template, or flow button
- CRM auto-injects beacon URL into campaigns when beacon is linked
Track Offline Interactions and Attribute Them to Leads
Every beacon generates a QR code PNG directly in the CRM. The QR encodes the beacon's click URL with utm_source=qr. When a visitor scans, they're redirected to your conversion URL and a cta_click event fires. If your landing page also has the JS beacon, the session is immediately stitched to the visitor.
- QR PNG generated from the beacon detail page — download in one click
- Scans land on your conversion URL with no visible redirect
- Event stored with
utm_source=qrandutm_medium=print - Stitched to lead if landing page has JS beacon
- Use cases: trade shows, packaging, banners, printed proposals, reward cards
Every Channel Is Already
Telling You Who to Call.
Traffic Intelligence turns website visits, SMS taps, WhatsApp clicks, email opens, and QR scans into active sales signals — hot alerts, scored leads, automatic tasks, and company-level buying intent — all inside the CRM your team already uses.
